So I’m about to take on this challenge. Most of you over here know about my struggles with mental illness and my recovery. I actually started my blog because of it. It’s been a journey, but I’m here, and I’m well.
Mind were the catalyst of my recovery, so what I am about to set out to do, is a cause that’s close to my heart.
I hope you’ll follow me on this journey and my progress, whether you can sponsor or not. I’ll appreciate any support and encouragement.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate contact me. π
Lee is a poet and author from the small town of Newbury in Berkshire, England. His preferred genre is cosmic horror, but he writes and reads across a wide range of material.
He is strong mental health advocate, PTSD survivor and fundraiser for Mind β a charity close to his heart.
In his younger years, he could often be found with a guitar in his hands or diving into a mosh pit, but nowadays he prefers to wield a pen or read. He has an avid interest in philosophy, psychology and technology. When not reading or writing, Lee enjoys long hikes across the countryside, stargazing, music and the simpler things in life.

Oh yeah, walking is actually beneficial both physically and mentally for us too. How I wished we didn’t have lockdowns so I can freely go out for a jog. Anyway, wishing you all the best!
